This is one of my favorite go to healthy desserts/snacks and it literally takes less than 5 min to make. I love vanilla yogurt because you can make so many healthy desserts with it and not feel like your cheating yourself, this recipe is proof of that. Two of my favorite things are peanut butter and chocolate. I know you’re going to love this one.
Cookie Dough Yogurt
- 1 5 oz container of Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- Milk Chocolate chips – for topping
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the peanut butter and vanilla, and place in small covered containers in the refrigerator to chill.
Once chilled, about an hour, remove lid or cover, and sprinkle with chocolate chips, and Enjoy! You can keep these in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
