These White Chocolate Pudding Cookies are so soft, chewy and delicious you’ll be asked to make them all the time. You’ll also be asked for the recipe, trust me. I change out the sprinkles to match the holiday or event I’m going to. They are super simple to make. You can easily make a batch in under 45 min.
Frozen White chocolate Pudding Cookies
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350.
Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla pudding mix.
In your mixer cream together butter, and sugar.
Add eggs and mix together.
Add your wet ingredients to the bowl of the dry ingredients.
Mix together and lastly add the white chocolate chips and snowflake cake sprinkles.
Scoop out cookie dough and roll into balls.
Roll the balls in the sugar cake sprinkles and place two inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
