Swiss Apple Pie

This Swiss Apple Pie is a super delicious, addictive pie. It’s an easy pie which doesn’t need any pastry crust or any special care, just mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased 9- inch pie plate and bake then, your pie is ready to enjoy. I drizzled mine with caramel. You can always top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you wish.


Swiss Apple Pie

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped peeled tart apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  1. In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt;
  3. stir into egg mixture just until moistened.
  4. Fold in apples and walnuts.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack before serving.
