I’m sharing a yummy family favorite recipe. It’s perfect for any spring, summer, 4th of July, BBQ or picnic you are attending. This Marshmallow Fluff Salad is light, delicious and very easy to make. My Mother and Grandmother have been making it for years it’s become a family staple in our family.
Marshmallow Fluff Salad
- 16 oz Cool Whip - frozen
- 2 20 oz Pineapple Tidbits
- 3 11 oz Mandarin Oranges
- 1 3 oz Orange Jell-o
- 2 ½ 24 oz Containers Cottage Cheese
- 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
In a really large bowl (trust me, you want a large one!) mix the cottage cheese and the pack of Jell-o.
Fold in the Cool Whip. You will want to make sure that it is frozen or semi-thawed. If you let it fully thaw, then it won’t set up correctly.
Add your oranges and pineapple. Gently mix. You want to be careful with the oranges!
Last thing to add - the marshmallows. Mix one last time!
